Refurbishment of the “Heart of the Love River” has just been completed. To celebrate this, the Tourism Bureau and the Public Works Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government held a re-inauguration event on Feb 1, 2019, and invited famed astrologer Hsiao Meng to give recommendations as to the places to visit, based on the 12 zodiac signs. The Kaohsiung City Government has also designed itineraries themed by “love” and “wealth” for the public, in hopes of offering better tourist services.
